Terms of Service
- App: Party Games (Android:
com.builtbyale.party_games· iOS: Party Games) - Publisher: an independent app developer based in Argentina ("we", "us")
- Contact: aleindiedev@gmail.com
- Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Party Games mobile application and any content, features and updates it includes (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
These Terms are between you and the developer only. Apple and Google are not parties to them (see section 12).
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for people aged 18 or older. It includes bolder "Spicy" content and dice rules that reference drinking or penalties. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
You may not:
- copy, modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- remove or alter any proprietary notice;
- rent, lease, sell, sublicense or distribute the App;
- bypass, disable or tamper with the purchase or entitlement checks, or use the App with modified or unofficial store clients;
- use the App or its content (categories, questions, rules, artwork, sounds) in a commercial product, public performance for profit or competing service without our written permission.
4. In-app purchase
The App offers a one-time purchase that unlocks premium content, including advanced and Spicy Bomb Party categories, Spicy and custom questions in "Who's Most Likely?", and custom Little Dice rules.
- Prices are shown in the App before purchase and are set per store and region.
- Payment, taxes and billing are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive or store your payment details.
- The purchase is tied to the store account used to buy it and can be restored on devices signed in with that account, using Restore purchases in the App.
- We use RevenueCat to validate and restore purchases, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Refunds are granted by the store, not by us:
- Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory or https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
Where mandatory consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund (for example in the EU, the UK or Argentina), that right applies regardless of this section. If the store declines a refund you believe is due, contact us at aleindiedev@gmail.com and we will do what we reasonably can to help.
Changes to premium content
We may add, change or retire individual categories, questions or rules over time — for example if content stops working in a language or is reported as inappropriate. We will not remove the premium unlock you purchased. If premium content is discontinued entirely, the purchase remains valid for the versions of the App you already have.
5. Your content
The App lets you enter player names and create your own categories, questions and rules ("Your Content").
- Your Content is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to us, is not shared with other users, and is not moderated by us, because we never see it.
- You are solely responsible for Your Content and for the names you enter about other people. Do not enter content that is illegal, that harasses, defames or sexualises another person, or that depicts a minor in any sexual or suggestive way. See our Child Safety Standards.
- Because Your Content never leaves your device, we cannot recover it. Deleting the App's data or uninstalling it erases Your Content permanently.
- You keep all rights in Your Content. We claim no licence over it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to harass, threaten, humiliate or discriminate against anyone, to break the law, or in any way that would be unsafe for the people around you.
7. Party content, alcohol and personal responsibility
Read this section carefully.
Party Games is entertainment for consenting adults. Some content — in particular the Little Dice game and the "Spicy" categories — refers to drinking, penalties, dares and bolder personal questions.
- The App never requires anyone to drink. Any reference to drinking can be replaced by a penalty agreed by the group, and the App says so in its own rules.
- You and your group decide what you actually do. Playing is voluntary at every moment, and anyone may skip a turn, a question or a rule.
- Never drink and drive. Do not use the App to pressure anyone into drinking, into consuming any substance, or into any act they have not freely agreed to.
- Do not play in a way that risks anyone's health or safety, and do not play with people under 18.
- Prompts are generated randomly and may be unexpected or uncomfortable for a given group. For this reason all "Spicy" content sits behind the premium unlock, and the "Spicy" category in "Who's Most Likely?" additionally requires an explicit in-app confirmation before the match starts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for decisions, behaviour, injuries, arguments, damage or consequences arising from what you and your group choose to do while playing.
8. Availability and updates
We may update, modify or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. We may stop supporting older operating system versions. Nothing in the App is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, or that purchases will always validate while store services are unavailable.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any mandatory statutory guarantee of conformity you have as a consumer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid for the App and its in-app purchase in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or content you entered in the App.
12. Apple and Google
You acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and the developer only, not with Apple or Google.
- The developer, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In case of a failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- The developer, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
13. Termination
These Terms apply until terminated. They end automatically if you stop using and delete the App. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence and to the protection of its mandatory consumer rules, this clause does not deprive you of that right.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at https://partygames.lanpage.co/terms with its "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted in the App's release notes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
